It is usually caused by environmental issues during installation.

Troubleshooting Steps

1. Switch to Black and White Night Vision

Open O-KAM Pro, on the live preview page, click More > Night vision, and choose Black and white night vision.

2. Review Installation Precautions

Please review the installation precautions, follow the prompts for troubleshooting, and adjust the view angles of the camera.

Note

There should be no reflective objects in the camera's field of view

3. Check Alarm Function

Please check the alarm function to see if the white light is enabled.
