Installation Instructions
Windows Installation
- Download the client software using the link above
- Extract the ZIP file to a location of your choice
- Run the installer executable (.exe file)
- Follow the on-screen installation wizard
- Launch the application after installation completes
Mac Installation
- Download the client software using the link above
- Extract the ZIP file to your Applications folder
- Double-click the application to launch
- If prompted, allow the app in System Preferences > Security & Privacy
- Log in with your O-KAM Pro account credentials
First Time Setup
After installing the PC client:
- Open the SuperIPCam - O-KAM Pro application
- Log in with your account email and password
- Wait for device list to sync automatically
- Click on any camera to view live stream
- Use the toolbar to access recordings, settings, and features

Connection Issues? Make sure your computer and cameras are on the same network, or that you have a stable internet connection for remote access.
Common Issues
Cannot install on Mac
- Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy
- Allow apps from identified developers
- Try installing again
Cannot see cameras
- Verify you're logged in with the correct account
- Check your internet connection
- Ensure cameras are online in the mobile app
Video playback choppy
- Close other bandwidth-intensive applications
- Try lowering the video quality in settings
- Check your internet connection speed
Important Notes
- The PC client requires an active internet connection to access cameras remotely
- For local network access, ensure your computer and cameras are on the same WiFi network
- Keep the client software updated for the best performance and security
- The download link provides the same installer for both Windows and Mac
