Troubleshoot TF card detection issues

The Camera Cannot Read the TF Card

When a TF card is inserted into the device, the App shows that the TF card is not detected.

Troubleshooting Steps

Step 1: Reinsert the Card

It is recommended to remove and insert the card again. Ensure that it is inserted in the right way.

Step 2: Check the Card on Computer

  1. If the condition allows, remove the TF card from the device and use a card reader to check it on a computer
  2. Please use the Partition Assistant to check if it is working properly
  3. If it cannot be read on the computer, it indicates that the TF card is abnormal. Please replace the TF card.

Step 3: Replace with Proper TF Card

Replace the TF card. Choose a brand memory card such as SanDisk, Kingston, FAT32 format (some models also support exFAT), Class4 or above, and a maximum of 256GB.

Notes: When formatting 64G and 128G TF cards on a computer, if there is no "FAT32" option, you need to use a third-party tool such as Partition Assistant. If there is a prompt on the computer that cannot be formatted or recognized, please use a new TF card.
